Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and special events
- Ability to interact successfully with all levels of team members including management
- Arrive on time and maintain regular attendance
- Must be able to tolerate environments with secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
- Must be able to work assigned sections independently and unsupervised
- Must ensure proper use of personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
- Ability to work with a team
- Punctuality and reliability
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections including casino floor, restaurants, and bathrooms
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean surfaces regularly including counters, tables, and fixtures
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Empty garbage and dispose of waste properly
- Follow directions for special cleaning projects during shifts
- Ensure use of personal protective equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
