This position is for a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR), which doubles as a local delivery driver role based in Longview, Texas. As a CCR, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for U-Haul's U-Box container services, delivering exceptional customer service while handling the logistical operations related to U-Box containers. This role offers an exciting blend of customer interaction and physical work, perfect for individuals who enjoy being on the road and engaging directly with clients. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting U-Box storage containers to and from customers' homes and businesses along local routes. Training is provided for operating flatbed trucks as well as forklifts, including an 8000-lb propane forklift or truck-mounted forklift.
