Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Portable Restroom Driver to join our team at the Bend, OR location. This full-time role involves operating a specialized truck to deliver and retrieve portable restrooms along designated routes. The driver will also be responsible for performing mechanical waste collection and ensuring the waste is transported to designated disposal facilities in a safe and efficient manner. The position is physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and a consistent pace to handle daily tasks effectively. Responsibilities include lifting portable toilets weighing approximately 185 pounds, cleaning units with hoses and sprayers, maintaining the appearance and functionality of the equipment, and following safety protocols.

The workday generally begins early, with a 5:30 AM start time and continues until all assigned routes are completed, typically spanning 8 to 10 hours. Occasionally, weekend work is required, especially during the summer months for special events. The pay rate ranges from $27 to $29 per hour depending on experience. Job Duties

  • Complete pre and post trip inspections on vehicles
  • Load and unload portable toilets with lift gate portable toilets weigh 185lbs
  • Maneuver portable toilets on and off lift gate as well as for placement using leveraging equipment when possible such as a dolly
  • Clean portable toilets carry and hold hose while pumping weight of hose is approximately 15lbs use sprayer to spray out the portable toilets
  • Ability to read route sheets and service each customer as identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher
  • Monitor and maintains the physical appearance of the equipment
  • Clean service and restock up to 50 units per day
  • Follow safe operating practices
  • Interpersonal skills relating to good customer service
  • Be able to read write and comprehend reports well enough to complete daily assignments
