Job Description

We are seeking dynamic Restaurant Managers to join our team at a vibrant and fast-paced fast food restaurant renowned for delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this key role, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations including overseeing guest services, managing food and inventory orders, coaching and training team members, and enforcing compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment and possesses a strong commitment to providing the best possible guest experience. They will be adept at handling the pressures of a fast-paced setting, maintaining high standards for food quality and customer interaction. This role requires managing staff schedules, forecasting needs, and maintaining smooth daily shifts to meet operational goals.

The Restaurant Manager will inspire and develop staff, create a motivating culture, and promote the company values while ensuring the restaurant maintains its reputation for quality and service. Physical demands include lifting and carrying products and inventory, consistent use of registers, and active involvement in food preparation and customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently
  • ability to carry products/boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
  • consistent operation of registers
  • ability to perform food preparation tasks
  • willingness to kneel, stoop, stand for extended periods
  • ability to push doors open and closed
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • prompt and regular attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to handle fast-paced work environments
  • problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties
