Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager (internal)
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing a full P&L service concept (external)
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certified
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to use personal vehicle for work duties
  • Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates

  • ServSafe certification required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform basic math operations
  • Strong analytical, organization, and planning skills
  • Proficient with personal computers and software
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to travel as required
