This role is for a Poolside Server Assistant, who supports the Guest experience by assisting the Poolside Server in delivering high-quality service in an outdoor pool environment. In this position, you will be involved in providing guests with a variety of food and beverage options such as appetizers, salads, burgers, flatbreads, and handcrafted cocktails. The job demands versatility, as service may take place on a variety of terrains including sand, and requires a cheerful and personable attitude to engage with guests effectively. Key responsibilities include delivering orders, bussing tables, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining a quick and efficient service pace. This is a fast-paced role that necessitates excellent hospitality skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and strong verbal communication. The position requires working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and involves interaction with water environments.

The role requires meeting specific state regulations, such as obtaining the Hawaii Liquor Commission card and verifying IDs when serving alcohol. It is important for candidates to be at least 18 years old and possess cash handling skills.
