Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and around nature
- Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card
- Will verify IDs when vending and serving alcohol
- Must be comfortable cash handling
- Will work around water
- Possess excellent hospitality skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent memorization skills
- Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to own and resolve guest situations
- Self-directed can complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Willing to follow instructions and take direction
- Flexible and adaptable
- Supportive of other cast working on your team
- Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
- Strong verbal communication skills
- An understanding of the pivot system seating and order-taking method
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card

- Knowledge of the pivot system or willingness to learn
- Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred
- Familiarity with Hawaiian or Japanese language preferred
- Understanding of local Hawaiian cuisine preferred
Job Duties
- Support poolside server by delivering food and beverages to guests
- Assist in bussing and maintaining cleanliness around the pool area
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service
- Verify IDs and handle cash transactions for alcohol service
- Communicate efficiently with team members and guests
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Demonstrate excellent hospitality and customer service skills
