The Food and Beverage team at Cabana Bar & Beach Club is currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated individuals to join as servers. This full-time, non-management role is perfect for those who are passionate about food and drinks, and who enjoy making guests feel welcome and cared for. Working at this location provides an immersive hospitality experience in a globally diverse environment. Servers have the opportunity to interact with guests from across the globe, sharing their menu knowledge and helping create memorable dining experiences. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, an upbeat attitude, and a genuine desire to provide top-level service. The role involves precise order taking, timely food and drink service, transaction processing using the MICROS system, maintaining cleanliness and setup of the dining area, and proactively engaging guests to ensure satisfaction.

Job Duties
- Greet guests and attend to tables without delay
- Serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations when necessary
- Share menu knowledge to assist guests with special requests and questions
- Record transactions accurately and promptly in the MICROS system
- Approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each meal and beverage
- Clean tables, complete closing tasks, and restock dishes and supplies
