The Pools & Recreation Manager is responsible for the complete operational oversight of these dynamic outlets, ensuring seamless staffing, comprehensive training programs, efficient cash control procedures, and exceptional guest service standards. This role demands strategic planning to align with short- and long-term goals, meticulous budget management including payroll, inventory, and revenue forecasting, and implementation of innovative food and beverage marketing initiatives designed to attract and delight guests.

Additionally, this vital position entails staff development including hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and scheduling to foster a skilled, motivated, and guest-oriented team. The manager must uphold and enforce Hyatt’s stringent standards for food quality, service excellence, and health regulations, ensuring compliance with Department of Health mandates and Hyatt corporate policies. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, with this role playing an active part in resolving guest complaints and continuously enhancing service protocols to elevate the overall experience.

Successful candidates will find Hyatt to be an environment committed to career growth, job enrichment, and supportive work culture. The resort offers an environment where associates are empowered to deliver authentic hospitality and exceed guest expectations, with access to comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.
