The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of experience in pool, beach, or food and beverage operations and demonstrates a self-motivated attitude. This role requires proficiency in guest relations, operational management of pool areas, and ensuring safety protocols are upheld. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, assisting with their needs, maintaining cleanliness and organization around the pool area, and managing inventory and security concerns effectively. Handling emergency situations with confidence, such as swimming and operating watercraft, is also a crucial part of the role.
