We are currently seeking a Seasonal Full Time Pool Server, a vital role within our hospitality team. This position focuses on providing personalized, attentive service to guests enjoying the poolside area. The Pool Server is responsible for taking and delivering food and drink orders, managing checks and payments, and ensuring that all guest interactions uphold the brand’s commitment to superior service. A key part of the role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the pool area, including stocking side stands and resetting tables promptly. This role demands a professional appearance and demeanor, adherence to hotel and health standards, and a friendly, courteous attitude at all times.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with Crescent Hotels & Resorts operational standards
- Ability to obtain necessary food and alcohol handling certifications
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the position
- Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to use point of sale systems
- Certification in alcohol awareness and food handling preferred
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and grooming
Job Duties
- Take guest food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Prepare itemized checks and accept payments
- Escort guests and serve customers seated at counters as needed
- Set up and clear tables
- Operate cash register and perform cashiering functions
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of pool area tables and side stands
