The Seasonal Pool Server role at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans and Residences is a vibrant opportunity to join a dynamic hospitality team during the busy season. This full-time position is seasonal from March through October 2026, with work schedules that include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet guest needs. As a Seasonal Pool Server, your primary responsibility will be delivering impeccable service to guests at the pool area, ensuring that each interaction is as welcoming and efficient as the last. You will be pivotal in maintaining the ambiance and functionality of the pool environment, providing guests with towels, beverages, and amenities while adhering to Four Seasons’ standards of service and conduct.

This role is integral to enhancing the overall guest experience. Pool Servers greet guests with warmth and professionalism, operate the hotel’s computer system to manage sales transactions, and perform vital opening and closing duties related to the pool facilities. They ensure the pool area is always clean, organized, and inviting by replenishing supplies and managing pool deck equipment with care.
