Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-2 year related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and hospitality experience
- Luxury hotel/fine dining experience is a plus
- Forbes standards is a plus
- High volume, fast-paced restaurant/bar experience preferred
- Aloha experience is a plus
- Food Handlers card is required
- Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification is required
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification is required
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Flexible work availability, all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Perform basic bartender skills- follow recipes for a limited variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Assist guests with selecting food and beverages by suggesting items, explaining the chefs specialties, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions
- Efficiently receive guest orders paying attention to special requests or needs i.e. allergies and input them into POS system
- Communicate special requests to the kitchen to ensure correct outcome
- Retrieve guest orders from the kitchen and deliver to pool guests
- Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with food and overall service
- Cross-train in other F&B related areas
