- proficiency in processing payments and using point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Provide detailed, engaging descriptions of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods
- enter guest orders into the point-of-sale system accurately, communicating special requests to the culinary team and ensuring proper timing and delivery
- compare completed kitchen orders with the original guest order and deliver items promptly to maintain food quality and presentation
- anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction, offer recommendations, and respond swiftly and professionally to concerns or requests
- properly close guest checks, process cash and credit card payments, and ensure accurate handling of voids and complimentary items
- regularly walk the pool areas to offer amenities, refreshments, and support guest comfort
- collaborate harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors and uphold all Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
- assist with guest greeting and seating during peak business periods
