The position of Pool Server Attendant at Trilogy at The Vineyards offers an engaging role tailored for individuals passionate about delivering excellent food and beverage service in a lively outdoor setting. The Pool Server Attendant is tasked with ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all pool users by monitoring activity and enforcing pool policies with a friendly demeanor. Additionally, this role involves serving food and beverages to members and guests around the pool and patio areas, contributing to an exceptional member experience. The attendant may also receive cross-training as a Cafe Attendant and Barista, broadening the scope of responsibilities to include preparing specialty beverages such as coffee drinks and smoothies, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness and operational safety of their work area. Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, the Pool Server Attendant plays a vital role in representing the high standards of Club Los Meganos. Job Duties

Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion
daily set up and tear down of daily greeting/monitoring area
build relationships with guests by answering menu questions and making food and beverage suggestions from menus
take food and beverage orders and give food order to the kitchen
prepare beverages including coffee drinks and smoothies following standard recipes and presentation techniques
serve food and beverages to guests at their tables indoors or outdoors on the patio and pool area
enforce pool rules and prohibit any violations in a friendly manner
handle cash and card transactions ensuring charges are accurate and return correct change to guests
maintain a safe and healthy work environment by keeping the work area clean and organized, following all sanitation standards
keep equipment clean and safely operating by following operating instructions, troubleshoot breakdowns, and perform preventative maintenance if requested
report needed equipment repairs to a supervisor
notice and report potential safety issues or customer concerns to a supervisor
have a working knowledge of the resort facility to encourage guests to explore other services
perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
