Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- valid California Driver's License
- ability to lift up to 40lbs
- previous food and beverage experience preferred
- San Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire)
- Responsible Beverage Service certification

- valid California Driver's License
Job Duties
- Conduct all opening and closing procedures
- wipe down, set up and move all pool deck equipment, when necessary
- pick up, stock/restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits, and other items or amenities needed in the area
- assist owners and guests with seating, towels, amenities and food and beverage service
- describe the selection of menu items to guests with vivid descriptions
- communicate guest orders including any special needs to the kitchen
- coordinate food timings
- check completed kitchen orders with the guest's original order
- transport items to the guest in a timely manner
- respond properly in any Residence Club emergency or safety situation
- perform other tasks or projects as assigned
