Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
ability to communicate effectively in English
physical ability to perform job duties including standing for long periods
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
willingness to comply with company policies including drug testing

Job Qualifications

previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in an outdoor, poolside environment
strong attention to detail and guest service orientation
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
ensure poolside areas remain clean and organized
respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently
assist in setting up and breaking down poolside service stations
collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences
follow safety and hygiene standards at all times
