Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a receptionist for a pool or similar resort environment preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Polished and professional appearance
- Ability to use multi-line phone systems and handle email correspondence
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a receptionist in a pool or resort environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
- Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
- Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
- Maintain all office equipment as needed and coordinate repairs
- Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
- Ensure that the receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
- Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues
