Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one year serving experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- must be 21 years or older to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol
- ability to work from mid-May to mid-September
- good energy and motivation

Job Duties
- Run seasonal outdoor pool bars in summer
- pool deck service
- manage snack/bar windows
- service private pool events
- provide immediate attention to all guests in service stations
- mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine
- maintain inventory and stock levels
- follow state liquor laws and club policies
- handle POS system and cash/charge transactions
- set up and close down bar (cleaning, restocking)
- serve events, banquets, and poolside guests
- communicate with managers about guest needs
- answer questions regarding menu items and offer suggestions
- take food and beverage orders and deliver food promptly
- follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed
- maintain organized workstation and perform side work duties
