With 531 newly renovated guestrooms, suites, and casita-style villas, the property combines modern luxury with the scenic beauty of Indian Wells. The resort is also home to two new food and beverage venues led by the renowned Celebrity Chef Angelo Sosa, enhancing its status as a leading hospitality venue in the region. As part of the Food and Beverage team, the Restaurant Pool Food Runner plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation and guest satisfaction within the resort's multiple dining venues. This position entails assisting restaurant servers by efficiently delivering food and beverage items from the kitchen to guests. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach to guest requests, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Food Runner is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service synonymous with the Grand Hyatt brand, ensuring that guest orders are handled with care and delivered promptly. This is an hourly position with a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour, alongside the opportunity to increase earnings through tips. The Food Runner position involves both indoor and outdoor work, often requiring the ability to navigate varying weather conditions to maintain outstanding guest service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Riverside County Food Handler's license
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
