Recognized globally for its reinvention of luxury norms, W Hotels thrives on creativity, curiosity, and a spirit that embraces life at every moment. The brand’s mission, "Ignite Curiosity, Expand Worlds," reflects its dedication to opening doors and minds, creating an environment where guests feel inspired and connected to new experiences. As a part of Marriott International's portfolio, W Hotels offers a dynamic and inclusive workplace where diverse backgrounds, talents, and experiences are celebrated.

This job opening is for the position of Guest Service Support Expert, an integral role in the food and beverage operations at W Hotels. The position is designed for individuals who are excited to contribute to creating extraordinary guest experiences beyond just serving food. Guest Service Support Experts provide essential support services, ensuring the smooth operation of dining areas by setting tables, assisting the kitchen staff, cleaning work zones, and replenishing supplies. Their role is crucial in making every transaction part of the memorable experience W Hotels aims to deliver.

Success in this role requires dedication to maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, and upholding rigorous quality standards. Presenting a professional image through uniform and communication is essential, along with a proactive and hands-on approach to physical tasks. The position involves considerable movement, including standing, walking, and safely handling items up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. It also includes managing menu information by reading and visually verifying data.

The Guest Service Support Expert position is ideal for entry-level candidates, requiring no prior supervisory experience and no formal certifications. While previous experience in a food and beverage setting is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for those new to the hospitality industry. Marriott International values equal employment opportunity and fosters an inclusive environment where every associate can thrive, ensuring non-discrimination across various protected statuses.

Joining W Hotels means becoming part of a global community committed to innovation, excellence, and a culture that constantly looks toward the future. The Guest Service Support Expert plays a vital role in that culture, helping to maintain the hotel’s reputation for superior service and unforgettable guest interactions. This position provides a platform for professional growth within Marriott International and the exciting world of luxury hospitality. Candidates for this role can expect a supportive team environment, a chance to develop their skills, and to be part of a brand that encourages originality and forward thinking.
