We are currently seeking a dedicated Seasonal Pool Concierge to join our team for the summer season. This role focuses on enhancing the poolside experience for our guests by providing attentive service including sunglass cleaning, towel service, and promoting hotel offerings. The Pool Concierge will be the face of our pool area, ensuring guests feel valued and well taken care of throughout their stay. Responsibilities include assisting guests with booking various hotel amenities such as spa and dining reservations, facilitating limousine arrangements, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and readiness of the pool environment.
