Operating primarily during the summer season from early June through early September, this position is seasonal and requires availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Members and guests can expect the highest level of service, from the moment they arrive poolside to the time they leave. The Pool Concierge acts as the first and continuous point of contact by greeting visitors warmly and facilitating their needs throughout their visit. This role is pivotal in managing poolside logistics such as seating arrangements, cabana reservations, towel distribution, and general upkeep of the pool deck area. Attention to detail is critical in this position, as the Pool Concierge helps maintain cleanliness by monitoring trash and ensuring chairs, tables, and umbrellas are properly arranged. The role emphasizes a proactive approach to guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests including sunscreen provision, water distribution, and assistance with reading materials. Beyond guest interaction, the Pool Concierge enforces pool safety regulations and club policies with courtesy and professionalism, upholding the standards that make the club a safe and enjoyable environment for all. This position requires physical stamina to stand and walk throughout the pool area for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. A valid Food Handler certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
