With a portfolio that includes beautifully maintained apartment communities, Richardson Properties emphasizes providing exceptional living experiences through attentive management and superior amenities. Situated in the vibrant city of Little Rock, Arkansas, they pride themselves on creating welcoming environments where residents feel valued and at home. The property community where this position is based features coveted amenities like a well-maintained pool area, which serves as a popular focal point for residents seeking relaxation and recreation during warm months.
We are currently seeking a Pool Concierge for a part-time, temporary summer role at our Little Rock apartment community. This position offers scheduled hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with shifts spanning afternoons to late evenings, giving candidates a flexible work schedule that complements other commitments. The Pool Concierge will serve as the first point of contact in the pool and amenity areas and must exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. The role is critical in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall positive experience of residents utilizing these community spaces.
In this position, the Pool Concierge will be responsible for monitoring pool and amenity areas to ensure compliance with community policies and safety guidelines. Communicating clearly and tactfully with residents about any violations or concerns is essential to maintaining a respectful community atmosphere. The Concierge will provide outstanding customer service, listen to resident requests, and offer practical solutions or recommendations tailored to resident needs. Strong multitasking and organizational skills are necessary to manage interruptions effectively while upholding high attention to detail.
Ensuring a neat and professional appearance, while demonstrating flexibility in working evenings and weekends during summer months, are vital attributes for success. The Pool Concierge will also assist community leadership, including the Community Director and Leasing Director, with various duties as required to support smooth operations. Upholding Fair Housing Act regulations and practicing sound safety measures embed this role within the company’s commitment to ethical and lawful resident relations. Candidates with at least two years of customer service experience who thrive in dynamic environments and have good communication skills will find this role rewarding.
Joining Richardson Properties as a Pool Concierge is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking temporary summer employment that combines customer service, community interaction, and a chance to contribute positively to resident satisfaction. We encourage applicants who are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to deliver outstanding amenity experiences to apply. Richardson Properties values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, eagerly anticipating welcoming new team members who align with our values and dedication to community excellence.
