The Pool Concierge role at Life Time's outdoor pool is crucial to ensuring members and guests enjoy a premium and seamless experience. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and are motivated to interact positively with members and guests in a dynamic outdoor setting. The Pool Concierge is responsible for greeting and admitting members and guests at the pool area, verifying access according to pool memberships and guest passes, and maintaining an orderly and welcoming environment around the pool deck. This role also involves performing duties such as distributing wristbands to junior members and guests, providing towels, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the pool space. Because the position interacts directly with the public, excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to provide accurate information about Life Time’s products and services.

This is an hourly position, with wages starting at $16.00 and potential earnings up to $20.00 depending on experience and qualifications. The Pool Concierge role offers the opportunity to work in a lively and health-oriented environment, with a variety of benefits including a fully subsidized membership, professional development opportunities, and access to discounts on Life Time products. The ideal candidate will be certified in CPR and First Aid and have at least six months of customer service experience, with the preferred candidate holding lifeguard certifications and reception experience. The role requires the capability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors during summer months.   • CPR and First Aid certified
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
  • Ability to work outside in summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greets and admits members and guests into the outdoor pool
  • Validates member and guest access through Pool Memberships and Guest Passports
  • Completes various pool deck duties such as providing wristbands for junior members and guests
  • Hands out towels
  • Performs basic upkeep of the pool area
  • Provides knowledge and answers questions about Life Time products and services
  • Maintains a clean and organized pool environment
