Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
- Ability to work outside in summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time
Job Qualifications

- Lifeguard certifications preferred within 60 days of hire
Job Duties
- Greets and admits members and guests into the outdoor pool
- Validates member and guest access through Pool Memberships and Guest Passports
- Completes various pool deck duties such as providing wristbands for junior members and guests
- Hands out towels
- Performs basic upkeep of the pool area
- Provides knowledge and answers questions about Life Time products and services
- Maintains a clean and organized pool environment
