Job Description
The Pool Concierge role at Life Time is a critical frontline position responsible for delivering superior customer service to all members and guests who access the outdoor pool facilities. The Pool Concierge ensures a welcoming atmosphere by greeting visitors professionally, validating access through membership or guest passes, and assisting guests with inquiries regarding Life Time’s products and services. This role requires attentiveness and proactive engagement to anticipate and meet members’ needs efficiently and with a positive attitude.
In addition to guest services, the Pool Concierge performs various operational duties such as distributing wristbands to junior members, providing towels, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area. This position requires working outdoors during the summer months for extended periods and standing for long durations, making stamina and physical endurance important. The role also offers an opportunity to develop customer service and communication skills while gaining experience in a dynamic, health-focused environment.
The position is hourly, with wages starting at $16.00 per hour and potentially increasing up to $20.00 based on experience and qualifications. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
- Ability to work outside in the summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time

Job Duties
- Greets and admits members and guests into the outdoor pool, validates member and guest access through Pool Memberships and Guest Passports
- Provides wristbands for junior members and guests
- Distributes towels to members and guests
- Maintains cleanliness and basic upkeep of the pool area
- Accurately answers member and guest questions regarding Life Time products and services
- Assists with account maintenance and member inquiries
- Monitors pool entrance to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules
