Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or equivalent
- cpr and first aid certified
- minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
- minimum of 6 months reception experience preferred
- lifeguard certifications (within 60 days of hire) preferred
Job Duties
- greet and admit members and guests into the outdoor pool
- validate member and guest access through pool memberships and guest passports
- provide wristbands for junior members and guests
- distribute towels to guests
- perform basic upkeep of the pool deck area
