We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Pool Concierges for the summer season at Bowman Pointe. This seasonal, hourly position is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in dynamic environments, interacting with residents, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety around pool and amenity areas. The role requires availability during specific hours, including Friday evenings, weekends, and summer holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Successful candidates will work collaboratively in a rotating shift schedule to ensure consistent coverage and exceptional service throughout the pool season.

As a Pool Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents using the pool and amenities, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the pool area to enforce community policies in a respectful and professional manner, maintaining cleanliness, addressing any issues promptly, and responding to residents’ needs. Emphasis is placed on adherence to the Fair Housing Act and Richardson Properties’ policies, ensuring every resident is treated fairly and respectfully. In addition to operational duties, you will embody the property’s commitment to outstanding customer service by communicating clearly, listening attentively, and providing assistance with a friendly demeanor. This role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for all.

This position offers hourly pay and the potential for a discount on an apartment home if the required number of work hours is met monthly during the pool season. Job Requirements

  • Availability to work Friday evenings from 5 pm to 10 pm
  • availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 10 pm
  • availability to work on summer holidays including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day from 10 am to 10 pm
  • ability to share and rotate shifts with other team members
  • compliance with Fair Housing Act and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Monitor pool/amenity areas
  • maintain cleanliness of pool/amenity areas
  • walk pool/amenity areas and assist residents as needed
  • provide a standard of service in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and Richardson Properties, LLC policies/procedures
  • be knowledgeable about community/amenity policies and address violations professionally
  • communicate by listening and evaluating
  • be organized and provide attention to detail
  • notify the Community Director of unsafe conditions or areas of concern
  • follow the Fair Housing Act at all times
  • conduct work using sound safety practices
  • emphasize customer service in every action on the job
