Job Requirements
- Availability to work Friday evenings from 5 pm to 10 pm
- availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 10 pm
- availability to work on summer holidays including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day from 10 am to 10 pm
- ability to share and rotate shifts with other team members
- compliance with Fair Housing Act and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- neat and professional appearance
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Monitor pool/amenity areas
- maintain cleanliness of pool/amenity areas
- walk pool/amenity areas and assist residents as needed
- provide a standard of service in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and Richardson Properties, LLC policies/procedures
- be knowledgeable about community/amenity policies and address violations professionally
- communicate by listening and evaluating
- be organized and provide attention to detail
- notify the Community Director of unsafe conditions or areas of concern
- follow the Fair Housing Act at all times
- conduct work using sound safety practices
- emphasize customer service in every action on the job
