Currently, Bowman Pointe is seeking to fill part-time seasonal positions for Pool Concierges for the pool season through Labor Day 2021. This role is hourly and ideal for individuals looking for summer employment with flexible shift sharing possibilities. The schedule includes Friday evenings from 5 pm to 10 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 10 pm, as well as major summer holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day, requiring availability to cover these shifts. The Pool Concierge position is essential in maintaining the quality and safety of the pool and amenity areas, ensuring residents have a welcoming and enjoyable experience throughout the summer months.

As a Pool Concierge at Bowman Pointe, you will be a vital part of the community’s operations, focusing on monitoring the pool and amenity areas, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service in line with the Fair Housing Act and company policies. The role involves walking through the community to assist residents, addressing policy violations with professionalism, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
