Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
- Ability to work outside in the summer months for minimum of 4 hours at a time
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work outside for extended hours during summer
- Minimum of 6 months reception experience preferred
- Lifeguard certifications preferred within 60 days of hire
Job Duties
- Greets and admits members and guests into the outdoor pool, validates member and guest access through Pool Memberships and Guest Passports
- Completes various Pool Deck duties such as providing wristbands for junior members and guests, handing out towels, and basic upkeep of the space
- Proactively meets the needs of members and answers questions accurately
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the pool deck area
- Utilizes computer and tablet technology proficiently for member check-in and record keeping
- Ensures compliance with all safety and operational protocols
- Communicates effectively with team members and management to provide a seamless member experience
