Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
- Ability to work outside in the summer months for at least 4 hours at a time
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work outdoors during summer months
- Preferred reception experience of at least 6 months
- Lifeguard certification within 60 days of hire preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and admit members and guests into the outdoor pool
- Validate member and guest access through Pool Memberships and Guest Passports
- Provide wristbands for junior members and guests
- Distribute towels to pool users
- Perform basic upkeep and cleanliness of the pool deck area
- Proactively meet the needs of members by answering questions accurately
- Maintain professional conduct and promote Life Time products and services
