Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to assist servers and provide excellent guest service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner
- Clean and reset tables for the next guest, ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations
- Refill water glasses and provide additional service support as required
- Carry dishes, trays, and glassware to the dishwashing area
- Ensure all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift
- Follow proper sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown during opening and closing shifts
