Job Requirements

- Replace dishes and utensils for next course
- Clean and reset vacated tables
- Remove dirty dishes from table when guest is finished
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- Anticipate needs of members and guests
- Collaborate respectfully with team members
- Uphold standards of service excellence
