This position is for a seasonal Bartender role at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. As a Bartender, you will be an integral member of the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and personalized service to all guests. The role demands a strong passion for guest service, excellent interpersonal skills, and comprehensive knowledge of the bar’s offerings. You will greet guests warmly, prepare and serve beverages promptly, and maintain adherence to state and city alcohol laws and Four Seasons' rigorous service standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a confident, outgoing personality and demonstrate a proactive mindset toward fulfilling guest requests with excellence. This position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, and the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Familiarity with the Micros POS system is essential.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a flexible schedule with availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to continuously stand for up to 8 hours a day
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a bartender in an upscale establishment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work cohesively with coworkers both within and outside of your department
  • Must be available to work weekends, days, evenings and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile
  • Provide quick and efficient beverage service to guests and servers
  • Follow state and city alcohol laws while adhering to Four Seasons service standards
  • Maintain complete working knowledge of all bar products and service details
  • Perform additional side duties and assist pool servers when necessary
  • Use the Micros system effectively for order processing
  • Maintain excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
