The role of Bartender at Gaylord Hotels involves preparing drink orders accurately according to specified recipes, ensuring guests receive the highest quality beverages served with genuine appreciation. Bartenders are expected to handle all payment methods, complete cashier reports, and reconcile the cash bank at the end of shifts while securely managing receipts and inventory.
