Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
  • ability to move through narrow or confined spaces

Job Duties

  • prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
  • issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
  • set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar and tools
  • prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
  • stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • transport supplies to bar set-up area
  • wash soiled glassware
  • remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
  • anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
  • process all payment methods
  • count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
  • secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
  • complete closing duties
  • follow company safety and security policies
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • ensure adherence to quality standards
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested
