With a reputation for excellence built over decades, Four Seasons represents the pinnacle of hospitality, offering luxury accommodations, exquisite dining, and personalized services across its worldwide portfolio of hotels and resorts. Founded on the principle that exceptional service begins with an exceptional employee experience, Four Seasons fosters an inclusive and supportive culture where team members are valued, empowered, and encouraged to grow. This dedication to their people translates into memorable experiences for guests, residents, and partners, making Four Seasons a leader in the hospitality industry.

The Seattle location of Four Seasons is a sleek urban retreat situated in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, combining natural beauty with sophisticated city life. Nestled among snow-capped mountain peaks, deep-blue waters, and evergreen forests, the hotel offers guests unparalleled access to iconic Seattle attractions including the Seattle Art Museum, Pike Place Market, and the serene waters of Elliott Bay. Guests can enjoy curated local flavors at Goldfinch Tavern, an acclaimed Ethan Stowell restaurant located within the property, while exploring the eclectic neighborhoods, craft breweries, and outdoor adventures that define the city.

Within this vibrant setting, the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is currently seeking a Seasonal Pool Bartender for full-time employment during the peak summer season, from approximately May 11, 2026, through September 13, 2026. This role is essential in supporting the pool operation team by delivering superior beverage service in an outdoor environment favored by residents and guests alike. Reporting directly to the In-Room Dining Manager, the Pool Bartender plays a pivotal role in enhancing the luxury experience by providing prompt, friendly service and expert knowledge of a wide variety of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a hospitality-oriented mindset, a passion for excellence, and a willingness to go above and beyond for every guest. This professional will thrive in an energetic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong command of English (with multilingual skills considered an asset) and the physical ability to work outdoors under sunny and warm conditions while occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds. Responsibilities include preparing cocktails to Four Seasons’ exacting standards, maintaining accurate inventory, assisting with pool amenities, and addressing guest needs with urgency and professionalism.

Four Seasons embraces a culture of continuous training and development, ensuring that every employee has access to programs that promote personal and professional growth. This seasonal position offers competitive compensation including a starting wage of $21.30 per hour, plus applicable service charges and gratuities. Additional benefits include WA Paid Sick & Safe Time, a 401K retirement savings plan, complimentary meals, uniform care and dry cleaning, and an overall investment in employee wellbeing.

Joining the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle as a Seasonal Pool Bartender means becoming part of a team that prides itself on genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and creating lasting impressions for guests. Candidates who are motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering the highest standards of service will find this a rewarding opportunity to hone their skills in a prestigious luxury hotel environment and to contribute meaningfully to the guest experience during the vibrant summer months in one of America’s most dynamic urban locations.
