Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- U.S. work authorization required
- Ability to work outdoors in sunny and warm conditions
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Availability for seasonal full-time employment from May to September 2026
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality-oriented and willing to go above and beyond for guests and residents
- Strong command of the English language, multi-lingual preferred
- Ability to work in fast paced work environments
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks preparation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Offer friendly and prompt service to guests
- Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards
- Confirm guest orders including special needs or requests using the hotel’s point-of-sales system, check completed orders with the guest’s original order, anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns
- Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods
- Maintain an accurate inventory count, process log entries for voids and spillage, cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments
- Assist with preparation and distribution of hourly pool amenities when needed
