Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Minimum 1 year of related work experience
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Must follow company policies and procedures
Professional appearance and grooming standards
No supervisory experience required

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of related bartending or beverage service experience
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of current beverage trends and mixology techniques
Commitment to providing outstanding guest service

Job Duties

Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes and guest preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and personalize their bar experience
Monitor and restock bar inventory to ensure availability of supplies
Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
