Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality or casino operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Commitment to uphold company values and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel or casino management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and hospitality standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain service quality
- Oversee and train staff for excellent customer service
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
- Organize and execute promotional events and activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
