Job Description
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is a premier casino resort owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida, and is recognized as the flagship property under the Hard Rock International brand. Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality or casino operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Commitment to uphold company values and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel or casino management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and hospitality standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
