Job Duties
- Supervise the F and B Pool Bar operations to ensure delivery of Forbes Five Star experiences to guests
- Ensure food and drinks are presented and delivered accurately
- Communicate with Manager on Duty regarding operations or any special occurrences
- Ensure staff take breaks on scheduled times and remain on task
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Train and motivate pool bar staff to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool bar area
