In the role of Pool Bar Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in upholding the resort’s Forbes Five Star standards by overseeing the Food and Beverage Pool Bar operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests receive impeccable service, with food and beverages presented and delivered accurately and promptly. This position demands strong leadership skills to supervise staff, manage break schedules, and maintain high standards of hospitality. You will be the key communicator with the Manager on Duty (MOD), keeping them informed of any operational updates or special occurrences that may arise during your shift.
