The Pool Attendant position is a full-time role starting at $15.15 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn part of the tip pool. This position requires weekend availability as a vital component of the work schedule. Pool Attendants play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience at the pool area by providing attentive and responsive service. Responsibilities include assisting guests with diverse requests such as towel refresh, clearing plates, cups, and trash, cleaning pool chairs and decks, running food orders to guests poolside, and supporting other operational tasks like rolling silverware and performing small food prep activities for garnishments. Pool Attendants also manage the transport of dirty towels to the laundry facility and assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
