Job Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly in English
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings and holidays
Must be engaging, outgoing and personable
Ability to behave professionally
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly
Ability to remain calm, centered and focused at all times
Physical capability to perform frequent reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting and climbing
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 35 lbs occasionally
Ability to see small print and details clearly
Ability to hear fire alarms and emergency equipment
Must be able to work outdoors for entire shift
Must be able to work standing and moving for 6 or more hours daily

Job Duties

Set up and maintenance of pool area including placement and straightening of umbrellas, chairs, towels, cabanas, and water stations
Stocking restrooms and locker rooms
Greet and assist guests upon arrival and during their visit
Offer sun block, wipe sunglasses, answer menu questions, and deliver daily amenities
Confirm guest names discreetly and escalate discrepancies
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Spa attendants, Room Service, and Bell/Valet for guest needs
Replace wet towels and chair covers throughout guest visit and upon departure
Follow safety procedures and report incidents
Perform additional duties as assigned
