- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- fitness equipment certification
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to navigate uneven or slippery surfaces
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees with bending, twisting, and stooping
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck
- promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- observe activity in the recreational facility and respond to emergencies
- promote rules and regulations of the recreation facility
- assist injured guests until arrival of emergency services
- obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
