The position of Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in achieving the company’s mission. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our resorts, responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience from the moment a guest arrives. Your duties will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, balancing and testing water chemistry, maintaining inventory, and assisting with the transportation of chemicals to designated areas. Additionally, performing preventative maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, brushing, and cleaning will be part of your daily responsibilities to ensure the facilities remain pristine and inviting.
You will also assist with the preventative maintenance of spa equipment, making sure all amenities function safely and efficiently. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working primarily outdoors for much of their shift. Physical fitness is essential as you may be required to lift items up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the dynamic needs of our resort operations.
