The position of Pool and Beach Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is a key role focused on elevating the guest experience at the hotel's pool and beach areas. This role involves providing attentive and courteous service by assisting guests with amenities such as water, spritzing, towels, and seating arrangements, as well as ensuring guests are oriented with the facilities and aware of available services. Job Requirements

  • basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills
  • able to read and speak English
  • valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • availability to work full time including days, weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform duties involving standing and walking for extended periods
  • commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Job Duties

  • conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking cabinets, setting up amenities and phones
  • provide information and assistance to hotel guests including orientation, registration, and knowledge of hotel services and hours
  • anticipate and service guests' requirements before requests are made
  • serve and clear food and beverage items unobtrusively and professionally
  • respond to guest interactions efficiently, courteously and professionally
  • assist with seating arrangements at the pool and beach
  • comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures
