Job Description

Four Seasons is a globally recognized luxury hospitality company powered by its passionate and dedicated team members. Renowned for creating exceptional experiences for guests, residents, and partners, Four Seasons operates with a commitment to delivering luxury service with genuine heart. The company fosters a world-class employee experience and a positive company culture, which empowers its people to exceed guest expectations consistently. This dedication to excellence and human connection makes Four Seasons a leader in the luxury hotel and resort industry worldwide.

At Four Seasons, respect, kindness, and authentic interactions are core to how team members engage with each other and with guests. The company's philosophy centers around treating everyone as they would want to be treated themselves, creating lasting impressions that resonate personally and emotionally. Whether clients stay, work, or live at a Four Seasons property, their experiences are crafted to be memorable and enriching, reinforcing the brand's reputation for unparalleled luxury hospitality.

The job opening is for a Pool & Beach Assistant Manager position at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, a prestigious luxury resort located on Oahu's sunny western coast in Hawaii. This stunning beachfront resort offers breathtaking ocean views, contemporary Hawaiian design, and a variety of recreational activities including water sports, golf, tennis, and spa services. Its 370 accommodations provide guests with peaceful sanctuaries, while the resort's restaurants and bars capture the vibrant energy of Ko Olina's locale. This position involves direct supervision under the Director of Pool & Beach and plays a critical role in delivering outstanding service in the pool and beach recreational areas.

The Pool & Beach Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by supervising staff and maintaining high standards for service quality and safety. This includes overseeing recreational activities, food and beverage offerings, and poolside amenities. The role demands close collaboration with engineering teams to maintain proper water quality and mechanical operations of pools and whirlpools, ensuring a safe and clean environment that complies with health department regulations. Additionally, the Assistant Manager handles inventory management for poolside supplies to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations.

Beyond managerial responsibilities, this role requires a passion for hospitality and a spirit of aloha—reflecting the warm, welcoming culture of Hawaii. The Assistant Manager is expected to schedule staff efficiently, maintain payroll records aligned with budget goals, and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills with both team members and guests. Candidates with knowledge of food and beverage service, labor control, cost management, and hospitality systems such as Micros, Hotsos, Avero, and Opentable will find these skills particularly advantageous.

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package starting at $76,490.89 per year plus comprehensive benefits, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals seeking growth within the luxury hospitality sector. The Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina provides extensive training and development programs, employee recognition awards, discounted stays at Four Seasons properties worldwide, and on-property perks such as complimentary employee meals, parking, and gym access. The company is an equal opportunity employer that encourages minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities to apply, reflecting its commitment to diversity and inclusion.
