Job Requirements
- college degree in hospitality management or similar preferred
- 1-2 years previous experience in hotel, resort, restaurant, pool, or beach supervisory or management role preferred
- knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred but not required

Job Duties
- supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service
- ensure the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods are demonstrated by all staff members
- schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines
- work closely with engineering to maintain proper water quality and mechanical operation of the swimming and whirlpools
- order relevant guest supplies including bathing suits, toiletries, and other amenities to ensure poolside par level allows for smooth operation
- maintain the poolside as a safe environment in accordance with all health department regulations
