Job Requirements

must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license
moderate to high physical effort including standing, walking, lifting, and bending
able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
high school diploma or equivalency

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
excellent customer service skills
experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and teamwork skills
knowledge of cash handling procedures
must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

provide prompt food and beverage service in the poker room
ensure courteous interaction with all guests
handle cash and payment transactions accurately
maintain cleanliness and organization within the service area
work collaboratively with team members in a high volume environment
comply with all state laws and regulations especially regarding alcohol service
assist in maintaining a safe and enjoyable gaming atmosphere
