- minimum of 2 years in a dedicated managerial role within a high-volume casino environment
- thorough understanding of local, state, federal, and tribal gaming regulations and internal controls

- skilled in Microsoft Office and the use of standard casino and office management equipment
- proven ability to manage confidential data and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
