Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six or more months of relevant casino cage cashier experience
  • Ability to follow company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual

  • At least 6 months of prior relevant casino cage cashier experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good judgment and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Perform chip redemption and sales to guests, poker runners, and floor personnel while accurately completing electronic and manual transaction logs and securing all recordable transactions involving company assets
  • Use good judgment and multitasking skills to meet the demands of a fast-paced gaming environment while assisting patrons with general information as needed
  • Balance bank at end of shift
  • Issue or surrender poker safety deposit boxes and provide access to patrons and establish new patron accounts following Title 31 guidelines
  • Provide buy-in and re-buys for patrons participating in all poker tournaments and assist Poker room supervision with paid patron participation totals
