Job Description

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing all menu items according to standardized recipes and yield guides, ensuring consistency and quality across the board. You will direct, train, and monitor the performance of other Line Cooks, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment. Setting up your workstation with the required mis en place, tools, equipment, and supplies is a key part of your daily routine, as is breaking down your station and completing closing duties at the end of the last shift of the day.

Communication and coordination are fundamental aspects of this role, requiring you to inform the Sous Chef of any supplies that need to be requisitioned for the day’s tasks. Job Duties
