Job Duties

  • Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
  • Greet every guest to welcome them to the restaurant
  • Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards
  • Monitor quality, safety and appearance of all products and ingredients
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with standards
  • Restock work area before leaving shift
  • Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
  • Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
  • Report problems to supervisor promptly
  • Complete other related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to procedures during shift
  • Ensure that hours of operation for the restaurant are maintained during shift
  • Ensure compliance with established safety and sanitation procedures and regulations during shift
  • Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Properly operate POS system and handle cash or card transactions
  • Answer phone with knowledge to assist guests and take orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Prepare food products according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain portion control and product temperatures per standards
  • Clean equipment thoroughly and timely
  • Keep floor and service area clean and free of debris
  • Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
  • Report equipment and food quality problems to management immediately
  • Use standard recipe cards for all food preparation
  • Close the kitchen properly following checklists
