Job Duties
- Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
- Greet every guest to welcome them to the restaurant
- Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards
- Monitor quality, safety and appearance of all products and ingredients
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with standards
- Restock work area before leaving shift
- Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- Report problems to supervisor promptly
- Complete other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to procedures during shift
- Ensure that hours of operation for the restaurant are maintained during shift
- Ensure compliance with established safety and sanitation procedures and regulations during shift
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Properly operate POS system and handle cash or card transactions
- Answer phone with knowledge to assist guests and take orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Prepare food products according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain portion control and product temperatures per standards
- Clean equipment thoroughly and timely
- Keep floor and service area clean and free of debris
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- Report equipment and food quality problems to management immediately
- Use standard recipe cards for all food preparation
- Close the kitchen properly following checklists
